When paying for entries and membership in Eventor, some people who do not have their own PayPal account have been experiencing issues when they try to use a guest PayPal account. The problems stem from new Australian laws that have tightened up on using guest accounts for payments.

There is a solution. If you don’t have your own PayPal account we recommend that you go to the official PayPal site and create your own PayPal account. As part of the process, you should consider turning on two factor authentication so that you are sent one-time passcodes to your mobile phone or authenticator app so that you can authorise each PayPal transaction.
