Orienteering Australia (OA) is offering a range of contractor positions to enhance the sport and increase participation. These roles cover various areas including data collection, controller accreditation, educational resources, and developing the Orienteering Learning Centre (OLC) offering flexible hours of between 30–350 hours.

Available positions include:
- OLC Developer: Develop and update certifications for the Orienteering Learning Centre ($20,880).
- Controller Accreditation Learning Resources Developer: Create resources for Orienteering Controller accreditation ($11,040) and MTBO Controller accreditation ($8,640).
- Data Coordinator: Assist in updating data collection processes and market research ($7,200).
- Short OLC Courses Learning Resources Developer: Create learning materials for introductory courses ($1,800 each) and turning them into eLearning modules (2,520).
