Orienteering Series Tasmania events form the bulk of our year's competitive state-based orienteering.

At each event we compete in two ways within the course we enter: "time taken" and "age-and-gender adjusted time taken". The former results are usually published on the evening of the event, and the latter results are published a day or two after each event, as a document in the Eventor page for that event.

These competitions are accrued through the year in the form of  "OST points". The other annual competition is "Excellence points", which applies age-and-gender adjustment over all courses at each event. These aggregate results are updated a few days after each event and published in the Results section of the OT website.
