After three days of exciting racing in varied terrain, Tasmania finished third in the 2022 Schools Championships.
Special congratulations go to Euan Best and Liana Stubbs who were named in the Schools Honour Team in the Junior Boys and Junior Girls team respectively. Each won both the sprint and long titles in the junior divisions. And extra special congratulations go to Liana, who won the Rob Simpson Memorial Shield for the best achieving newcomer at her first Australian Schools championships.
Final team results: 1st - NSW (71 points), 2nd - ACT (61 points), 3rd - Tasmania (52 points), 4th - Victoria (47 points), 5th - SA (42 points), 6th - Queensland (41 points), 7th - WA (13 points)
