Find out how our Elites went in Bathurst

Mikala Cooper 450x422Our Junior & Open Elites competed in the first National Orienteering League Races for 2019  in Bathurst, NSW over the weekend.  These events also doubled as the first selection trials for the Junior World Championships (JWOC) and World Championships (WOC) both to be held in Europe.

Our outstanding performer was Mikayla Cooper who at just 17 won Junior Women's (Under 21).  Brodie Nankervis also ran extremely well in Men's Elite.  In the Relay our Junior Women came 2nd and our Men's Elite 3rd (an impressive effort with 10 state teams racing and with one of our 3 runners, Jed Fleming, still a Junior): Individual Results & Relay Results
