Join Launceston Training: Wednesdays After School/Work

Savkina EkaterinaAll Full (Cub) Members are welcome (beginners - experienced) to join these skills sessions to learn to orienteer better.  Train at your own pace.  Come along as an individual or with friends.  Children welcome if accompanied by an adult.  Opt in on a weekly basis (no need to commit to attend every session).

***Special Offer for Casual Members***  Come along for a trial session for free but you must thereafter take up Full (Club) Membership

Arrive to start any time between 4:30 - 5:30 pm.  Three courses to chose from.  Long, Medium & Short

 Improving your fitness doesn't happen by magic.  You need to work at it.  

Now is the time to start thinking about next season (especially if you have ambitions such as making the Tasmanian Schools Team, scoring OST excellence points, beating that eternal adversary, etc..).  Being fitter will also make your orienteering easier as your brain will get more oxygen.  Join running coach Simon Phillips on Mondays at 6 pm for a weekly group run from Royal Park.  All welcome.
