From Chris:  As I'm having a holiday I prepared a Christmas special for you, so you can still have a nice o-training sometime within the next weeks.  Enjoy!

Where? Seven Mile Beach map. Parking and start is at the ranger's house at Surf Rd.

Type of training: 50 controls - 50 times fun! It's a control picking training in technical dune terrain.

What's special about it? Some controls are taped, others are not. The first three people to tell me exactly (just write an email) which ones are taped get a little prize!

When? You can run whenever you want from the 15 December until 6 January.  Simply print out the two maps and go for it!  Here is the LINK TO 50 X Fun Training MAPS
