All Full (Club) Members are welcome (beginners - experienced) to join these sessions to learn to orienteer better. Pick a time that suits you best - either 4:30 or 6 pm. Come along as an individual or with friends (children welcome if accompanied by an adult). Opt in on a weekly basis (no need to commit to attend all sessions).

At Rokeby. Parking along Oceana Dr or Balia Rd around Carella Park. From there it's a 500m walk uphill to the start.
Type of Training: Middle distance. There will be a timed start to give you the opportunity to work on your starting routines. There are 3 courses: Long/Hard: 4.5 km, Medium/Hard: 4 km, Short/Easy: 3.2 km
