Find Out what it Takes to Organise Events: Controller's Course 17 November
Ever been to an orienteering competition and marvelled at the skill of the course planners, organisers, and controllers in putting on the event? Or maybe you’ve been to an event that didn’t quite meet your hopes and expectations.
If you can relate to either of these scenarios, then you should come along to the * Level 1 & 2 Controller’s Course * at the Phillip Smith Centre, Glebe, on Saturday 17 November, commencing at 9:00. Morning tea and lunch will be provided, and the course should finish around mid afternoon. RSVP by Wednesday 14 November to Greg Hawthorne
The course is designed for:
Enthusiastic newcomers to orienteering who would like to become involved in event organisation
Existing level one controllers who want to upgrade their qualification
Existing level two controllers seeking re-accreditation
