Join in! Just turn up. For Orienteering Series Tasmania (OST) events you need to pre-enter to do hard navigation courses but easy courses can still be entered on the day. Click on past events to find results.
This Series is open to everyone, not just students. Go at your own pace on a course which suits you, as an individual or with a friend. To enter - just turn up. You can enter as many events as you like (no need to commit to the whole series). Look out for our great value Club Membership option if you think you'll come along to a few events. Ask at Registration.
Monday Night Skills Training Kicks Off Again! Come Along!
Starting this Monday 29 October, Christoph Prunsche, our German Coach-in-Residence, is firing up Monday afternoon technical (skills) coaching sessions for EVERYONE of any standard. You go at your own pace!
Join either the 4.30 or 6 pm session (Be ready to Start at the Meeting Points by these times!). Where this week? The Pittwater map, east of the airport. Enter through the gate (it will looked locked but you will be able to open it) and continue on Centre Rd till you see the white Volvo.

Grab a friend and take up the challenge. Rogaining Tasmania are running a 24-hr State Championship event - with Roving 15-hr and 6-hr options available for the less competitive. This event is being held on the Forestier Peninsula, in a mix of farmland and forest, where scenic coastal vistas and wombats abound. Click here for details and on-line entry
Orienteering a Part of Healthy Hobart Program - Sunday 4 November - Come Along!

Orienteering for Beginners is being offered on Sunday 4 November from 10 - 11 am at the Knocklofty picnic area, Forest Road, West Hobart. Register with the HCC and Come Along!

Australian Junior Orienteering Camp in Ballarat 15 - 20 December
This camp is all about getting juniors from around Australia to meet up and learn skills. It is open to Juniors 14 years or older. Athletes who are 20 years or older are welcome but will be encouraged to help coach. The sessions will have different difficulties to cater for all standards. While coaching sessions will be provided - all athletes younger than 18 must be accompanied by parents/guardians who are responsible for supervision at all times. Group accommodation is being organised but self catering is required.
