Find out Your Team for the Australian Relay Championships
Here are the provisional Tassie Relay Teams - These teams are not set in stone with the final lineups to be submitted before 4 pm on Saturday 29 September. As you know, selections are always difficult. The selectors, Jan, Judy and Donelda have worked hard to put together these teams from everyone who entered. If your name is not on the list it is because there wasn't yet a complete team for you but rest assured - you will get to compete. If you are injured or unwell before the day, the selectors will need to know ASAP, so they can alter the teams. If you have any concerns or there are any problems please contact Jan or Donelda
Below is a guide to the course lengths so you can see what you will be running (the terrain will be fast and open).
It was a disco in the dark at the Stringy Bark Creek Night O. The lights on display rivalled Dark Mofo. In the Orienteering Green Room - they counted them and they counted them back.

Rosie's Review: Pittwater, Southern Regional Championships on Sunny Sunday
I didn’t notice any cocky competitors up at the start at height, but caw the birds were noisy as both species took flight. After running through sand in the hour past, we funnelled across sticks ‘n scrub at last. Leida Williams and Justin Woolford deserve the olive wreaths for delivering the good oil at Pittwater.
