Welcome to the Pittwater dunes for Tasmania’s Middle Distance Championship at one of Australia’s best technical orienteering locations. Courses are set on undulating sand dunes within pine forest, banksia and marram grass settings and all have minimal climb. The map has recently been updated with the aid of LiDAR.

Where is the Assembly Area?
From the Tasman Highway turn south onto Pittwater Rd, approximately 1.8km east of the Hobart Airport interchange. 2.5km along Pittwater Rd turn left onto Centre Rd, continue approx. 6.5km, on a chunky gravel road through two boom gates (leave them as you find them), in an easterly direction to the parking area.
